Open a new image, 900 x 650

Choose a light colour and a dark colour from your image.

Open Mehdi/Wavy Lab 1.1 and use the settings below

Go to textures and select a texture you prefer. I used crosshatch.

Open two background images and mist them both.

I just open the image, in the layer palette if it says Background, then go to Layers/Promote Background to Layer.

Next go to Layers/Load Mask from disk/

Layers/merge Group.

Do the same with your second image.

Copy and Paste one of your misted images into your new image then do the other misted image.  Arrange them so they look as one.

You should now have a snowflakes corner in all of your corners. Do another drop shadow.

Add your watermark and any text you wish to add now.

Highlight your background layer, Add new raster layer, so this layer is between your background and your corners.

Make a selection inside your frame with your selection tool.

Select none.

Copy/Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop and paste as a new Animation.

Go back tp PSP and undo the last two steps.

Repeat the snow effect twice more remembering to use the random seed button each time so that your snow falls in different places.

Paste into Animation shop after each change and paste as after current frame.

View Animation and if your snow is falling too quickly, go to Animation/Frame properties and make the number higher, maybe 20 or 30.

That's it. You're done.  I hope you enjoyed this one.
