Autumn Wishes

You will need a main image and some elements for this tutorial.
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Open a new image 800 x 800 (you can resize later)
Select two colours from your main image.
A light colour and a medium colour.
Select your preset selection tool to circle.

Draw out a circle.
Go to Align/Centre in Canvas

Now you have your circle ready, make sure the background of your circle is seamless.
Add texture if you wish.
Edit/Copy,
Go to your circle, click inside with your magic wand.
Layers/New raster layer and Paste into Selection.
Select None.
Layers/New Raster Layer,
Flood fill with white or cream.
Reduce the opacity to around 60%, then add a texture of your choice.
Layers/Merge down.
At this stage go to your layer palette and rename your frame layer, Frame noise, (that is if you are going to animate later).
I used the same image and pasted on the bottom lefthand side of the circle.

Add a drop shadow of 2/2/40/2

I used a scroll preset shape.
I’ve included it in the materials folder in case you don’t have it.
Draw it out with the same colour and line width as your circle.
Place it near the top and centre it.
Click on the border with your magic wand.
Selections/Promote to layer.
Name this noise 2. (if you intend to animate the frame)

Add texture to your scroll.

Add text of your choice.
I selected Autumn Wishes.
I used font Siren. Size 10

I added my favourite Gradient Glow from EyeCandy 4, but that’s just my preference.
Add the same drop shadow as earlier.
I added a couple of glass elements at the sides.
You choose.

I used the circle tool with line sent to 7 and using the dotted line setting, drew out a circle a bit bigger than my image.

Only if animating the outer frame.

I duplicated it three times and rotated 30% each time.  This may not work for you as your circle may be a different size to mine.  Just play with it if you want to include it or use mine I’ve uploaded with the rest of the materials.  My main image is 448 x 448 and the dotted frame is to fit that image.
It really looks good without being animated as well.
I’ve left out how to animate the frames as I’m sure you all know how to do it by now…if you don’t, please ask, someone will help you.
