CHOCOLATE AND WAFFLES
"Belgium"
Belgian food, like Belgium itself, is a mix of cultures. Around the
world, Belgium is best known for its waffles, chocolate, and fries. Who wouldn't LOVE that?
Filters Required: DSB Flux and Xenofex Constellation 2

1. Open a blank 875 by 825 pixel canvas.
2. Open TAG BACK 1. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Since it is not in vector form you will have to manually center on canvas.
3. Select inside the tag back with magic wand. Right click, promote selection to layer. Open WAFFLE BACKGROUND. In the new layer: Edit/Copy/Paste into selection. Right click on layer palette/properties/Opacity 65. Merge down.
4. Select the YELLOW border on your tag back with your magic wand. Right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name that layer CONSTELLATION 1.
5. Open WORD PLATE. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Move to about one and half inches beneath the bottom of the TAG BACK 1, like this:
6. Select the YELLOW border on your word plate with magic wand/promote selection to layer.
7. Open Belgium child (two provided, you choose) and edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move her to left side of tag with her feet touching the bottom border. Open WAFFLES 2. Edit/Copy/paste as new layer. Move that to right of child centered halfway down tag near border, like this:
8. Open NOISE BRUSH. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Arrange/send to bottom. Move into this position:
Name that layer NOISE 1.
9. Crop image just a bit outside of each border or element.
If you choose NOT to animate, layers/merge visible/save.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Go to bottom NOISE BRUSH layer and apply EFFECTS/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/Add bright noise/72.
2. Go to CONSTELLATION 1. Effects/Filter effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2 with these settings:
3. Move to CONSTELLATION 2 and do same.
4. Layers/Merge visible/save as PSP 1.
5. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo all filter effects.
Repeat same process for PSP 2, increasing NOISE by 5 and using random for Constellation. Merge Visible. Save as PSP 2.
6. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo all filter effects.
7. Repeat process again, increasing noise by 5 and using rando for Constellation. Merge Visible. Save as PSP 3.
8. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo all filter effects.
NOW, IMPORTANT.
9. Go to your WAFFLE 2, the smaller waffle stack. Activate your WARP TOOL and set to size EIGHT. Go to the waffle and place the warp tool right over the drip of chocolate like this:
10. Once you have your warp brush over a drip, GENTLY pull DOWN a BIT (small steps) to make the drip LONGER. Do that for several of the drips on your waffle. Once you have it like you want it, set the warp brush by checking the green check on your top tool bar, (same you use for crop)
11. NOW, to save some steps here, Go back and repeat the the three filters effects above. Remember to increase your noise and hit random on Xenofex. Do that THREE times, naming PSP 4, PSP 5 and PSP 6.
12. Edit Undo again, ONLY the filter effects, NOT your waffle. Go back to waffle, activate your warp brush and pull down on your drips again. Be sure you are on the chocolate drip, and NOT on ANY of the waffle, and gently pull down, on as many of the drips as you like. Once you have it done, repeat the same filter effects as above three times, saving as PSP 7, PSP 8 and PSP 9. Edit/Undo all filter effects. Back to waffle, same process with warp brush. You can pull down a bit more this time, MAKING THEM LONGER. Back to filter effects, apply three more times, saving as PSP 10, PSP 11 and PSP 12.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open your animation shop.
1. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 12/Add images in this order:
