Circles and Stripes Tutorial

No outside filters Required.
Open a main tube and attached mask in PSP.
Select a light to medium color for foreground and a dark color for background.
RIGHT CLICK MASK AND SAVE AS
1. File, new transparent raster layer, 800 px wide by 600 px high.
Flood fill with background color.
2. Layer, new raster layer. Flood fill with foreground color.
Layers, new mask layer from image.
Find betty10182012mask and click OK.
Layers, merge, merge group.
Effects, edge effects, enhance.
3. Find tube, edit copy and paste onto image.
Use the mover tool to position the main tube over the large circle.
The main potion of the tube will show through the circle.
Resize the tube layer if needed.
When positioned, layers, arrange, move down.
4. Layer, new raster layer. Layers, arrange, move down.
Effects, Artistic effects, Balls and Bubbles.
Shape - single ball or bubble.
5. Apply any other decorations, word art or tubes and move above or below the mask layer.
6. Layers, new layer. Flood fill with foreground color.
Selections, select all, modify, contract 30 px.
Hit delete key.
Select None.
Layer opacity - reduce to 50.
Effects, distortion, pinch, setting 50.
7. Image borders, 2 px foreground color.
8. Adjust, brightness and contrast, clarify, setting 2.
