Supplies Needed:
PSP (any version will do)
An image or tube of choice
My Connect the Dots Template - HERE
Let's start:
Open the template - duplicate and close the original.
Select 2 colors from your tube that compliment each other.
Open a new image 100 x 100 pixels
Fill with one of your colors
Now with the other color selected, choose your Preset Shape,
make sure ellipse is selected and the circle is also chosen.
Now draw out a circle on your small canvas.
Align - center in canvas - convert to raster
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tiling:
Merge the layers.
This is what you should have:
Set your foreground to pattern and locate the dot image your just created
use the settings below:
On the template:
Select the bars layer - add a new layer and fill with your dot background.
Deselect - delete template layer.
Choose how you want the bars frame to look like.
On the oval - fill with a color choice - add an effect if you like, add your tube/image.
Choose how you want the oval frame to look.
Merge and save!!
