Filters Required: DSB FLUX, PHOTO EFFECT SCANLINES, XENOFEX 2 CONSTELLATION
Place the preset shape into your preset shapes folder.
Feel free to choose your own colors or mine! You can even use patterns instead of solid colors.
1. Open 636 by 600 canvas.
2. Set foreground color to blue (or color of your choice from the Scarecrow). Set background to OFF. Choose rectangle shape. Set line width to 10. Draw out a rectangle frame about 3 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide. Convert to raster layer. Use pick tool to turn rectangle and place like this:
3. Set foreground color to red, background off, set line width to 10. use your ellipse preset shape tool to draw an ellipse placing it next to the slanted rectangle. It should be about 3 inches in diameter. Situate like this:
Merge down. Name GLITTER FRAMES.
4. Set foreground to red, background to white. Line width 10. Draw out another ellipse over the top of the glitter frame. About the same size of the previous ellipse, just a bit longer. Convert to raster layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat, modify select selection borders, 8, add new raster layer, move below one layer and flood fill with green. With still selected go back up to modify, select selection borders, 5, add new raster layer, move above the green border frame and flood fill with blue. Name frames, GREEN frame NOISE 2, BLUE Frame NOISE 3.
5. Set line width to 7. Set foreground color to blue. (Or color of your choice). Draw out rectangle, sized as above in finished tag, placed as above in finished tag. Convert to raster layer. NAME BLINKIE BOX.
6. Set foreground color to green, background color white, line width 7. Draw out square in center of what you have already placed. Convert to raster layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat, modify, select selection borders, 10. Add new raster layer. With it still selected flood fill the new layer inside the selected borders with blue (or color of your choice.) Effects/filter effects/photo effex/scanlines, these settings:
Apply vertical, then uncheck vertical and apply again. Merge this frame down into the square tag back. Name TAG BACK.
It should look like this now. If it does not, use your move and pick tool to arrange the layers so it matches as close as possible:
7. Go to GLITTER LAYER. Set foreground color to white. Background color to red. Set line width to 8. Draw out a rectangle at bottom of the canvas to be placed as your NAME PLATE. Move into this position:
Use magic wand to select inside the red. Apply same scanlines filter as shown above. Use magic wand to select the lighter red in the rectangle, promote select to layer. Name that layer NOISE 4.
8. Still on name plate, go up to selections, select all, float, defloat, modify select selection borders 5, add new raster layer, flood fill the border selected with blue. Merge down. NAME NAME PLATE.
9. Open BLINKY BOX. Edit, copy, paste as new layer. Move to right border of your blinky box rectangle. Set foreground color to blue. Background color a lime green. Line width 6, draw out the preset shape provided in about a inch and a half diameter. Select inside lime green area with magic wand. Use the scanlines filter on same setting to apply NON vertical scanlines. Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow, -3, 3 Opacity 30, Blur 2.00 apply, then reverse and apply again.
10. Open CIRCLE ELEMENT. Edit, copy and paste as new layer. Move into center of the dot ring you just made, like a flower stamen. Once in the center, selections, select all, float, defloat, modify select selection borders 5, new raster layer, flood fill with white. Merge down. Use magic wand to select inside on the blue of the circle element, promote selection to layer, name NOISE 5.
11. Open SUN and copy and paste onto canvas. Place in upper left corner of the canvas as shown:

12. Open SCARECROW. Edit, copy and paste as new layer. Open baby crow. Edit copy paste as new layer. Place as shown in finished tag above.
If you choose not to animated, name and save your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
Set foreground color to a color you pick from your tag other than white.
Go to blinky box and flood fill the bottom box with that color.
Go to each NOISE LAYER and apply effects/filter effects/DSB flux/add bright noise/80
Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo all except the bottom blinky box fill.
Go to next blinky box and flood fill with another color from the tag.
Then back to each noise layer adding bright noise but increasing noise by 5.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo all except the bottom blinky box fill.
Go to next blinky box and flood fill with another color from the tag.
Then back to each noise layer adding bright noise but increasing noise by 5.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3.
Edit/Undo all except the bottom blinky box fill.
Go to next blinky box and flood fill with another color from the tag.
Then back to each noise layer adding bright noise but increasing noise by 5.

Edit/Undo all except the bottom blinky box fill.
Go to next blinky box and flood fill with another color from the tag.
Go to the sun. Adjust/Brightness/44
Then back to each noise layer adding bright noise but increasing noise by 5.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 5.
Edit/Undo all except the bottom blinky box fill and the sun brightness increase.
Go to next blinky box and flood fill with another color from the tag.
Then back to each noise layer adding bright noise but increasing noise by 5.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 6.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open Animation shop. Animation wizard.
Next/next/next/frame properties 11/add images in this order:

You can add the premade animation in your folder to your tag. Just open, select all frames, edit/copy. Go to your tag, select all frames, propagate paste, then edit/paste into selected frame, where you feel like having it!
