Download SNOW PLACE LIKE HOME HERE
1. Open 640 by 640 blank canvas.
2. Open TAG BACK. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/vertical 75/wrapped checked/custom checked. Name layer: TAG BACK.
3. Open NAME PLATE. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/horizontal 0/vertical - 70. Move Name Plate layer below TAG BACK LAYER. Name layer: NAME PLATE.
4. Open SNOWMIE 2. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Open SNOWMIE 1. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Name SNOWMIE 2 and SNOWMIE 1 in layer palette. Go to SNOWMIE 1. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal -115/vertical 33/wrapped checked/custom checked. Do same with SNOWMIE 2. They will now be in perfect placement.
5. Open COTTAGE background. Select inside the white of your TAG BACK. Promote selection to layer. Edit/copy/Cottage Background/Paste into selection. Merge down. Name layer: COTTAGE TAG BACK.
6. Still on COTTAGE TAG BACK. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 50/vertical 0/wrapped checked/custom checked.
If you did all steps correctly this is what you should have:
7. Open SNOWFLAKES image. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Arrange/send to bottom. Effects/image effects/offset/vertical -30/wrapped checked/custom checked. Name layer SNOWFLAKE CONSTELLATION.
8. Go to your cottage tag back layer. Duplicate. Close out 1. On open COTTAGE TAG BACK layer, use your freehand selection tool to outline each window, holding down the shift key. Make sure you outline just the window portion, not the frame, although the inside framing is fine. Once you have them outlined, with them still selected go up to ADJUST/Brightness/-80/Contrast 2. It will appear as though the lights have been turned off. Name this COTTAGE 1 LIGHTS OUT. Move it above the other COTTAGE TAG BACK.
9. Image/Resize/All layers/90%.
If you choose not to animate, this is where you would delete one of the cottage layers, delete eyes closed or open snowman, merge visible and name and save your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
CLOSE OUT LIGHTS ON COTTAGE BACK AND LEAVE OPEN LIGHTS OUT.
1. Use magic wand to select dark blue border around COTTAGE tag back. Promote selection to layer. NAME CONSTELLATION 2. Do same with NAME PLATE. Name CONSTELLATION 3.
1. Close out eyes closed SNOWMIE. Leave open eyes open SNOWMIE.
2. Go to SNOWFLAKES CONSTELLATION layer. Effects/Filter effects/xenofex 2/Constellation/2.00/
3. Do same setting Constellation on Constellation 2 and 3.
Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo Constellations
Go back in same order and apply again, only click on RANDOM TO MOVE your constellation effect. Layers/Merge Visble/save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo Constellations
Go back in same order and apply again, only click on RANDOM TO MOVE your constellation effect. Layers/Merge Visble/save as PSP 3.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo Constellations
Close out COTTAGE LIGHTS OFF and open COTTAGE LIGHTS ON
Close out EYES OPEN SNOWMIE and open EYES CLOSED.
Once you do that, go back and apply the same CONSTELLATION FILTERS to each, using random each time, THREE more times. Save as PSP 4, PSP 5 and PSP 6.
Make sure you are saving as PSP and not PSPimage.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open your animation shop. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 10. Add images: in this order

Finish
You can add the premade animation found in your file by opening it, selecting all, edit/copy then going to your tag, making sure propagate paste is checked, select all, then pasting where you like on your tag. I chose beneath feet!
View, name and save tag. Make words or names and place in your name plate!
