Filters Required: DSB Flux
1. Open a 612 by 509 pixel blank canvas.
2. Open BOTTOM BACK. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Name BOTTOM
3. Open SCALLOP BACK. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Use magic wand to select the outer border of the scallop. Right click on layer palette, promote selection to layer. Name that new border NOISE 1. Name the SCALLOP back - SCALLOP.
4. Open DAISY BORDER. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal -33/Vertical 0/Check Wrap. Name DAISY BORDER - NOISE 2.
5. Open OUTER FLORAL. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Move into this position:
6. Open INNER FLORAL. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Move into center of the outer floral you just placed. Center it as precisely as possible. Effects/3d Effects/Drop Shadow/3/-3/Opacity 30/Blur 2.00. Apply, then apply again but reverse to -3/3/Opacity 30/Blur 2.00. Merge inner floral down to outer floral. Open FLORAL CENTER. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Center it precisely in your flower, as shown below:
7. Merge FLOWER CENTER down into your flower. Name this layer FLOWER 1.
8. Duplicate FLOWER 1. Name duplicate FLOWER 2. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical -265. Wrap checked.
9. Open your DRAGONFLY. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Duplicate and merge down into first dragonfly. Effects/3d Effects/Drop Shadow/2/-2/Opacity 20/Blur 0. Duplicate 3 times. Move each dragonfly into a position you like or use finished tag above to place in similar position. You can mirrow one of them to have it fly in opposite direction if you like. Open the green pearl. Edit/Copy/paste as new layer. Duplicate twice. Move green pearls into position along daisy border as you please, or use finished tag above to duplicate placement.
10. Open SOUTHERN BELLE. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal 24/Vertical -37/Custom checked/wrap checked. In fact, whenever using offset, always have wrap checked and custom checked unless otherwise instructed. See Below:
11. Add word art of your choice within the white area of the tag.
12. If you choose NOT to animate. Merge Visible and save your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Go to NOISE 1. Apply Effects/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/65.
2. Go to DAISY BORDER - NOISE 2. Apply same.
3. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1.
4. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
5. Repeat process above, adding 4 to noise level. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 2.
6. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
7. Go to FLOWER 1. Up to IMAGE/Free Rotate/90 Degrees. Apply same to FLOWER 2.:
8. Go to NOISE 1. Apply Effects/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/73.
9. Go to DAISY BORDER - NOISE 2. Apply same.
10. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3.
11. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
12. Repeat process above, adding 4 to noise level. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 4.
13. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
14. Go to FLOWER 1. Up to IMAGE/Free Rotate/90 Degrees. Apply same to FLOWER 2.
16. Go to DAISY BORDER - NOISE 2. Apply same.
17. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 5.
18. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
19. Repeat process above, adding 4 to noise level. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 6.
20. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
21. Go to FLOWER 1. Up to IMAGE/Free Rotate/90 Degrees. Apply same to FLOWER 2.
22. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
23. Go to FLOWER 1. Up to IMAGE/Free Rotate/90 Degrees. Apply same to FLOWER 2.
25. Go to DAISY BORDER - NOISE 2. Apply same.
26. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 7.
27. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
28. Repeat process above, adding 4 to noise level. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 8.
29. Edit/Undo Merge/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Bright Noise.
