Filter Required: DSB FLUX
1. Open a 557 by 601 pixels blank canvas.
2. Open ART DECO image. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical 40/Wrap Checked/Custom Checked. Name layer ART DECO. Use magic wand to select INSIDE on the light purple, CONTIGUOUS unchecked, once selected and active, right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name that layer NOISE 1
3. Open WORD PLATE. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer/Effects/Offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical -120/Wrap Checked/Custom checked. Name layer WORD PLATE.
4. Open WORD PLATE FRAME. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical -170/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Arrange/Send to bottom. Name layer CONSTELLATION 1.
You should now have this:
5. Open FLAPPER 2. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical 45/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Name layer FLAPPER 2.
6. Open FLAPPER 1. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset/Horizontal -50/Vertical 21/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Name FLAPPER 1.
7. Open JEWELS. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Move into position like this, the layer below FLAPPER 2.
If you choose not to animate/merge visible/name and save tag.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Use freehand selection tool. Move to FLAPPER 2 layer. Zoom in by a large percentage to make it easier to outline. Use your freehand tool, with shift key held down the entire time, to outline her eye shadow and lips.
2. Right click on your layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name layer FLAPPER 2 NOISE.
3. Move to FLAPPER 1. Use freehand selection tool to outline the silver BORDERS on the headband and choker portion of the necklace, then outline the entire INSIDE of the silver trim on the bodice of her dress, like this:
Make sure you outline ONLY the silver border on the headband and choker, not the inside. Then be sure to outline the entire inside of her v neck trim on her bodice. Once you have it all outlined and still active, right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name that layer FLAPPER 1 NOISE.
ANIMATION STATION
1. In layer palette, select FLAPPER 2 NOISE. Effects/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/80.
2. In layer palette, select FLAPPER 1 NOISE. Effects/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/80.
3. In layer palette select jewels. Effects/Filter Effects/Xenofex Constellation 2/2.00/2/1/1/100/100. Twinkle 45/Keep Original image.
4. Move to WORD PLATE FRAME and apply same Xenofex settings.
5. Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo each of the filter effects.
Repeat process 3 more times for PSP 2, PSP 3 and PSP 4.
Be sure you add 4 or 5 each time to NOISE level, and click on random seed for XENOFEX.
ANIMATION STATION
Open your animation shop.
File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame Properties 11/Add Images 1-4/Finish
View and name your tag.
