The United Kingdom is a state made up of the historic countries of England, Wales and Scotland, as well as Northern Ireland.
His Majesty King Charles III ascended to the throne in September 2022, on the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth II.
In September 2015, she had become Britain's longest-reigning monarch, surpassing the record of her great-great grandmother Queen Victoria.
King Charles is at 73 the oldest person to have ascended to the throne. He is also head of state of several independent countries in the Commonwealth.

1. Open a blank 900 by 900 pixel canvas.
2. Place the preset shape found in your folder in your preset shapes.
3. Set your foreground color to one of the blues found in the English Flag and the background to white. Put line width at 10 and draw out the shape provided. Objects/Align/Center on canvas. Open the English flag found in file. Use magic wand to select inside the shape you just drew out. Edit/Copy/Paste flag into the selection. Go up to selection/select all/float/defloat/modify select selection borders/7 add new raster layer, move it below the shape, flood fill the new selection with white. Do the exact same process again, but change only this time the size from 7 to 9. Flood fill with the same blue in the original frame.
4. Layers/Add new raster layer. Open BRUSH NOISE file. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Arrange/Send to bottom. Leave alone for the moment.
5. Open WORD PLATE. Edit/Copy/Paste as New layer. Move the plate and brush noise images into this position:
6. Use your magic wand to select the inner red cross on the flag and the deep blue areas. Right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name that layer NOISE 2. Name your bottom BRUSH NOISE layer NOISE 1. Use magic wand to select inner dark blue border around the flag. Promote selection to layer. Name that CONSTELLATION.
7. Open each of the tubes shown above in finished tag and position in same manner, OR you can position as you like. Once all 5 tubes are in position crop the tag around the borders and then Image/resize/all layers/83%. You are now done if you do not want to animate.
ANIMATION STATION
Go to bottom NOISE 1 layer. Effects/Filter Effects/DSB Flux/65.
2. Go to NOISE 2 and use same filter on same number.
3. Go to CONSTELLATION and apply XENOFEX Constellation 2 and use this setting:
2.00 2 2 2 100 100 Use Original Image.
Merge visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo the filters.
Do the same as above to all three layers, only add 5 to the noise level, from 65 to 70 and click RANDOM on Xenofex for Constellation.
Merge/Save as PSP 2.
Do same process ONE more time.
Add 5 to noise, from 70 to 75 on Noise 1 and Noise 2 and click on random for CONSTELLATION. Merge visible, save as PSP 3.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open animation shop. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 11/Add images. Add images 1 - 3. FINISH. View and name and save your tag.
