1. Open a 600 by 501 pixel blank canvas.
2. Open YELLOW BACK. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Name YELLOW BACK.
3. Open OUTER FRAME. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Name OUTER FRAME. Use magic wand to select inside the OUTER FRAME. Right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name FRAME NOISE.
4. Open SPLISH SPLASH. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal -160/Vertical 25/Wrap Checked/Custom checked. Right click layer palette, arrange/send to bottom. Name SPLISH SPLASH. Select inside the splashes with magic wand. Right click layer palette, promote selection to layer. Name SPLASH NOISE.
5. Open DOTS. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal -180/Vertical 0/wrap checked/custom checked. Move image down to just above the SPLISH SPLASH frame. Name DOTS NOISE.
6. Open DISCO MAMA. Image/Resize/85%/All layers checked. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal -128/Vertical 0/wrap checked/custom checked. Name DISCO MAMA. Effects/3d Effects/Add drop shadow/-3/3/Opacity 30/Blur 2.00. Apply then reverse.
7. Apply word art of your choice in mid level of tag as shown above.
If you choose not to animate, open DISCO BALL non animated and copy and paste to your tag, moving into position as shown in above tag. Merge Visible and name and save your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Select FRAME NOISE layer. Effects/Filter effects/DSB flux/Add bright noise/86.
2. Select SPLASH NOISE and apply same DSB flux filter effect.
3. Select DOTS. Apply same filter effect.
4. Layers/Merge Visible/save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo Merge visible/undo all filter effects.
Repeat process as above two more times adding 5 to noise each time. Save as PSP 2 and PSP 3.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open animation shop. File/Animation wizard/next/next/next/frame properties 11/add images/1-3/finish.
Open Animated DISCO BALL file in your supply folder.
On your tag, edit/select all frames/propagate paste.
Bring DISCO BALL to top and select all frames/copy.
Diminish Disco ball frames and go back to your tag. File/Paste Into Selected frame. Place the ball at the top of the tag over the word art as shown above. If you've made sure all steps were followed you will have successfully placed the animated disco ball.
Name and Save Tag!
