Filters Required: DSB Flux, Xenofex Constellation and Photo Effex - Scanlines
Download MOUSE IN HIS HOUSE Supplies.
1. Open 635 by 504 blank canvas.
2. Set foreground color to green #608118 and background color to green #dcf550. Set line width to 6. Draw out a rectangle about 2 1/2 inches by 2 inches. Convert to raster layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal -170/Vertical 49/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Use magic wand to select inside green. Effects/Filter effects/photo effex/scanlines these settings:

3. Go to your ELLIPSE preset tool. Set border line width to 7. Set foreground color to orange picked from pumpkins or scarf. Set background color to white. Draw out the ellipse in center of canvas 3 by 3. Use magic wand to select inside the white of the ellipse and apply the same filter as above with these settings:
4. Selection/select all/float/defloat/modify/select selection borders/6/add new raster layer/move below current layer. With selection still active, flood fill the selection with green. Name layer: ELLIPSE.
5. Open MIDDLE TAG BACK. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal -40/Vertical 10/Wrapped checked/custom checked. Name MIDDLE TAG.
6. Move to your ELLIPSE. Open your ellipse tool. Set foreground color to dark green, background color to a lighter orange found in pumpkin. Set line width to 6. Draw out CIRCLE about 1 1/2 in diameter. Convert to raster layer. Select inside circle with magic wand. Effects/Filter effects/Photo effex/Scanlines. Use settings above only width 10 spacing 8. Apply both horizontal, then vertical. Name: CIRCLE
7. Set foreground to orange, background to white. Set line width to 6. Draw out a long rectangle about 3/4 inch wide. Place on canvas like this:
8. Selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/select selection borders/5, add new raster layer, move new layer below rectangle, flood fill the selection with a green. NAME: RECTANGLE
9. Open STRIPES. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move to bottom right corner BENEATH the CIRCLE. Open FLOURISH. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move to bottom left as shown below:
10. Open Diamond line. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Center in your rectangle. Duplicate. Name this duplicate CONSTELLATION.
11. Open PUMPKINS AND VINES. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move to top of the rectangle right on the border in the center like this:
12. Open LITTLE MOUSE. Edit/copy/Paste as new layer. Open BIG MOUSE. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move them into these positions:
If you choose not to animate, add your words, merge and save!
ANIMATION STATION
Go to your flourish and merge down to STRIPES. Name CONSTELLATION.
Go to DIAMOND line in your rectangle and name CONSTELLATION 2
Go to your green upper left rectangle and use your magic wand to select the lighter green, make sure contiguous is not checked. Promote selection to layer. NAME NOISE 1
Do same process with the orange circle. Promote selection to layer. NAME NOISE 2.
Use your magic wand to select the orange border in your large center ellipse. Promote selection to layer. Name layer NOISE 3.
1. Go to CONSTELLATION. Effects/Filter effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2/2.00/1/1/1/100/100 Keep original image. Apply.
GO TO CONSTELLATION 2 and apply same, but use RANDOM.
2. Go to NOISE 1. Effects/Filter effects/DSB Flux/add bright noise/70
3. Go to NOISE 2 apply same.
4. Go to NOISE 3 apply same.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo/Merge Visible/Undo Add Bright Noise(all three) Undo Constellation.
NOW IMPORTANT
Go back and apply same settings but use random on Constellation and adjust noise level by 5 on each Noise layer. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo/Merge Visible/Undo Add Bright Noise(all three) Undo Constellation.
NOW IMPORTANT
Go
back and apply same settings but use random on Constellation and adjust
noise level by 5 on each Noise layer. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3
Do one more time adjusting noise and using random on Constellation.
