Place your brushes, tube and preset shapes in proper folders.
Filters required: Photo Effex Scanlines, Filters Unlimited 2 (VM Experimental Mighty Maze and DSB Flux - Add Bright Noise.
1. Open 650 by 600 pixel canvas.
2. Place the preset shape FRAME JOB_BG 54 in your preset shape file. Set foreground to off, background to green (or color picked from tube). Draw out shape to within a half inch on all sides of your canvas. Objects/Align/Center on canvas. Go up to SELECTIONS, select all, float, defloat, modify select selection borders, 5. Add new raster layer. Flood fill the selected borders with WHITE. Move that layer beneath your first. Back up to selections, select all/float/defloat/modify select selection borders/7. Add new raster layer, flood fill selected borders with RED. Move this layer to beneath all of our frames. Go back to the first GREEN border. Select with magic wand. When selected, go to effects, filter effects, Filters Unlimited 2 VM 1 (Or VM Experimental Mighty Maze), apply with these settings:
3. Go to the red outer and inner border and select with your magic wand. With borders selected go to effects, filter effects, Photo effex, Scanlines with these settings:
Apply these settings first with vertical toggle NOT checked, then again with vertical toggle checked.
Layers/Merge Visble/Name new layer FRAME.
4. Add new raster layer. Arrange/move to bottom.
5. Set background color to a blue gray. Turn off foreground color.
5. Go to your ellipse shape and draw out a circle beneath your frame so that it fills with white. Objects/Align/center on canvas. Name this layer SNOW.
You should now have this:
6. Open SNOWMAN CAROLERS. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Name this layer SNOWMEN.
7. Place the Florals and swirls BRUSH, both parts, in your My PSP Files/Brushes.
8. Set foreground color to red (or your choice, I chose red to signify berries). Go to brushes, find the Floral and swirls brush_bg 9 and set to size 243, density 100, rotation 0. Place brush as shown above. Apply. Duplicate, merge down. Duplicate/Images/Flip. Merge down. Duplicate/Images/Mirror. You will now have this is you followed each step:
Name that layer BERRIES BRUSHES
9. Crop image to top and side borders, leaving bottom border at same width.
10. Select inside your blue gray circle with magic wand (SNOW) layer. Effects/Filter effects/Vanderlee/Snowflakes these settings:
11. Move to your BERRIES Brushes layer. Effects, filter effects, DSB flux, add bright noise, 77.
12. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo Add Bright Noise/Undo Snowflakes.
You will do these steps 5 times, each time add 4 to your BRIGHT noise, and use RANDOM seed on the Vanderlee Snowflakes filters. Save in order PSP 2, PSP 3, PSP 4 and PSP 5.
Do ONE more rotation of the above, only this time before you merge to save as PSP 6, use the YELLOW SPARKLE 6 picture tube (You should have placed in your picture tube My PSP Files) and apply it in the middle of your gaslight lamp post. Now, merge visible, save as PSP 6.
Open your animation shop.
File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Add images/add 1-6 in that order/Finish.
View and SAVE your tag.
