"Germany"
Germany is a Western European country with a landscape of forests, rivers, mountain ranges and North Sea beaches. It has over 2 millennia of history. Berlin, its capital, is home to art and nightlife scenes, the Brandenburg Gate and many sites relating to WWII. Munich is known for its Oktoberfest and beer halls, including the 16th-century Hofbräuhaus.
BAVARIAN BOOGIE

1. Open an 850 by 700 pixel blank canvas.
2. Open the Musical Notes. Edit/Copy/Paste As New Layer. Effects/Image effects/Offset with these settings:
Name layer CONSTELLATION MUSIC.
3. Open TAG BACK. Copy/Paste as new layer. Do not move.
4. Open TAG BACK FRAME. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Do not move. Name frame layer CONSTELLATION FRAME
5. Open GERMAN BOY AND GERMAN GIRL. Edit/Copy/Paste each as new layers. Move the boy to the left of the tag near the bottom and the girl to the right of him. When you have him right position, duplicate him. Name duplicate BOY 2. Do not move either. My results so far:
6. Move to TAG BACK. Select inside the white with magic wand. Right click, promote selection to layer. Open Bavarian Background. Edit/copy/paste into selection. Name layer BAVARIAN BACKGROUND.
7. Open TOP TAG BORDER. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer over the Bavarian Background layer, name this TOP BORDER CONSTELLATION.
8. Open BOY 2. CLOSE BOY 1. Using your freehand selection tool let's cut a section out of the accordion like this:
Edit/Cut:
9. Use your selection tool and draw AROUND the hand and small piece of accordion, edit/copy/cut/paste as new layer. That small piece should be there now. Get it, drag it down next to the accordion and use pick tool to turn it so it is flush with the accordion like this:
Merge Down. You have now "ANIMATED" your accordion player. You'll see! Rename BOY 2.
10. Open WORD PLATE. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Pull down so half is beneath the entire tag. Arrange/send to bottom.
11. Apply a drop shadow of 3 3 Opacity 30 BLUR 3.00 to both BOYS and the one GIRL. Then reverse and apply again -3 -3 Opacity 30 BLUR 3.00 Make sure you do all three figures and ONLY ONCE then reverse. If you apply another shadow to just one without even distribution, the image will jump.
12. Resize your tag, all layers, by 83% then crop around image leaving narrow border areas.
(Hint if you do not want to attempt to animate, you can delete one of the two boys, layers/merge visible/save your tag.)
ANIMATION STATION
1. Close BOY 2, make sure BOY 1 is open.
2. Go to MUSIC CONSTELLATION and apply EFFECTS/Xenofex/Constellation 2/ 2.00 2 2 2 100 100, original image checked.
3. Go to TOP BORDER CONSTELLATION and apply same XENOFEX setting.
4. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1.
5. Edit/Undo/Undo Constellation/Undo Constellation
6. Apply same as above, but click on RANDOM in Xenofex. Merge Visible and save as PSP 2.
7. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo Constellation/Undo Constellation.
8. Apply same as above to each, clicking on random. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3.
9. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo Constellation/Undo Constellation.
Close out BOY 1 and OPEN BOY 2.
Now, do the exact same thing as above, applying Constellation to both music and border, do that THREE times saving as PSP 4.... PSP 5.... and PSP 6.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open animation shop. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame Properties/13/Add Images in this order:
