1. Open a new 900 by 825 pixel canvas.
2. Set foreground color to brown and background color to white.
3. With line width set at 10.00 draw out an ellipse size radius x 264.00 and radius Y 264.00 as shown below:
As you can see above, Radius X and Radius Y. Just click up or down on each area until it sets to the 264.00. Once you have that set, Objects/Align/Center in canvas.
4. Select inside the ellipse with your magic wand, right click on layer palette and promote selection to layer. Name that layer VOLCANO.
5. Open VOLCANO from supply folder. Select Volcano layer with magic wand. Edit/Copy/Paste Volcano into selection. Rename VOLCANO. Image/Resize/all layers UNCHECKED/88%
6. Open VIKING tube. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Move VIKING to left of Volcano.
7. Open DIAMOND BACK. Go to bottom blank layer. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Name DIAMOND BACK. Now arrange your VIKING tube so he's at left of Volcano and a bit over the diamond back like this:
8. Layers/add new raster layer/arrange/send to bottom.
9. With line width set to 8 and foreground color at brown, background color at #93bdc6, draw out an ellipse just beneath and below large VOLCANO ellipse. Situate like this:
10. Select inside the new ellipse with magic wand. Move up to effects/texture effects/weave and use these settings and colors:
11. Install BOXED IN brushes, both parts, to your brushes file. Once installed, find the brush and apply to bottom blank layer to the left of the diamonds and viking like this:
12. Images/Resize/All layers checked/85%
13. Install CIRCLING_BG 1 brush/both parts to your brushes file.
14. Apply brush on same layer as the other, but to the right of the ellipse, just framing it, like this:
15. Name the bottom brush layers NOISE.
16. Crop your image leaving slight borders around the image.
17. Click inside your diamond back with your magic wand. Make sure contiguous is not checked. Effects/Filter effects/Tramages/Tow the line, these settings:
I have my Tramages Tow The Line filter inside Filters Unlimited 2, but you can also use it directly from Tramages. If you do not have the filter, visit the blog, click on filters and find it there.
If you choose NOT to animate, and I certainly hope you will try, merge visible, name your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Use your magic wand to select the green inner border on your diamond back. Right click/promote selection to layer. Name that layer NOISE 2.
2. Move Down to NOISE layer and apply Effects/Filter effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/70.
3. Move to NOISE 2 and apply same.
4. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo Merge Visible - Undo Noise
Redo the above three more times, adjusting noise level by six each time.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open Animation Shop.
File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Add Frames 1 - 4 SIX TIMES so you have a total of 24 frames. Example:

NOW.... you are going to add a pre-made animation found in your supply folder.
Click on EDIT/Propagate Paste/Select all.
Open the already resized animation file. Once open edit/select all/copy
Back to your tag. Edit/Paste Into Selected files (they should all be selected). Paste near the top of your volcano.
Add words to your bottom name plate as desired.
