Traffic Lights

I don't know about other parts of the world but in UK and Ireland we have Red to Stop, Amber to Get Ready and Green to go, then amber to get ready to stop and Red again to stop.

So I thought I'd have some fun with them.
I used Carolaine and Sensibility/CS-HLines at any setting you need to make visible lines.

You need a main image

A set of traffic lights

I have included the images I used here.  The motorbikes I made in Bing and the lights are borrowed from the Internet.

Open an image 700 x 700.

I did a solid bacground then misted the edges.

I then applied Carolaine and Sensibility/CS-HLines

I used a preset shape of a wheel for a tag back.  I've included should you want to use it, but feel free to use whatever you want to.

I added a drop shadow, then placed my traffic lights as a new layer then my main image near the front.
I also added some text and my watermark.

Close out all your layers except the traffic lights.   You will see you have red, amber and green on there.
Draw a black circle with your shapes tool just a little bigger than the colour on the lights.
Do this three times, one for each colour and place them excactly over each coloured light.
All you need to do now, is open Animation Shop.
Keep all black layers open over the other colours, but close off the one over red light.
Go to Edit/Copy Merged
Animation Shop. Paste as New Animation.
Go back to PSP and unhide the black circle over Amber light and Copy Merged and Paste after Current Animation.
Do the same for the Green light.
You will now have three changing lights, that change far too quickly.
In Animation Shop I highlighted the 1st frame and Duplicted it...then did the same for every frame, except the final amber, which I left as a single frame (It passes very quickly on our lights)
Then go to Animation/Frame Properties and change the number in there...the higher you go the slower your animation is.  Mine is at 16.
Give it a name and save it.
The text, I added as a separate animation.  I guess you know how to do that by now, but if anyone needs to know, please say.
I hope you had fun with this one.  I tried my best to get the sequence the same speed as it is in reality....lol
