No materials for this one except for your main image.
Open a new image 600
x 600
Set your background to
black and your foreground to a medium shade from your image.
Using your rectangle
selection tool draw out a rectangle approximately 420 x 300 pixels
Layers/New Raster
Layer
Flood fill this with
black.
Selections/Modify/Contract

Fill this selection
with your medium colour from your image.
Select None.
Make white your
foreground colour, background void and using your pen tool, select a dashed
line, width set to 3.
Hold down your shift key and draw a straight line, at the top, across the inside of your new image.
Layers palette, convert to Raster Layer.
Duplicate this layer and flip…line it.
It will show up at the bottom of your image.
Add a slight drop shadow. 0/0/ 40/1
Draw out another rectangle, longer but not as wide.
Layers/New Raster Layer and flood fill with black.
Select None.
Image/Rotate/Free Rotate
Left 5 – Add the same drop shadow.
Draw out a smaller black rectangle and place is where you like it.
Using your rounded rectangle tool, draw out another rectangle shape. Layers/New Raster Layer/
Flood fill with your medium colour and rotate left approx. 7
Same drop shadow on this layer as well.
Go back to your original image, and draw a rectangle shape.
Layers/New Raster Layer and fill with black.
Selections/Modify/Contract by 5
Flood fill with white.
Layers Palette.
Duplicate layer then image/mirror.
Move the new rectangle to align with the border as the left side
Add a drop shadow to both of these rectangles.
Click inside the left hand rectangle with your magic wand to select it.
Leave selected and paste your main image as a new layer.
Resize.
I left mine extremely large to get the effect I wanted.
After you paste your new layer, selections invert and hit the delete key on your keyboard.
This will delete the overhang of your image.
Now do the same with the
other rectangle
Copy your main image and Paste as a new layer, where it looks best.
Add the same drop shadow here too.
Add your text and your watermark and you’re done.
