AS LONG AS IT TAKES




FOR THIS TUTORIAL YOU WILL NEED
MY SELECTIONS WHICH ARE IN THE ZIP FILE.

YOU CAN GET THE FILES BELOW



PLACE THE SELECTIONS INTO YOUR PSP FILES/SELECTIONS FOLDER


Open a new image 650 x 500

Selections/Load selection/from disk

Find jmr as long as it takes 1

 


Press load.  

Layers/New Raster Layer.

Fill with a colour from your main image and add a texture of your choice.

Keep selected.

Selections/Modify/Select Selection borders




Set the borders at  Outside - 5



Layers/New Raster Layer and fill with contrasting colour from image.

Select none. Layers/arrange/move down.

 

Load selection from disk

jmr as long as it takes 2

Layers/New Raster Layer.

Flood fill with the colour you used for border in last step and add the same texture.

Keep selected.

Selections/Modify/Select Selection borders

Same settings as before.

Add a new layer and flood fill with main colour from previous steps.

This is how it should look so far.



Load selection from disk

jmr as long as it takes 3

Layers/New Raster Layer.

Flood fill with a new  colour add the same texture.

Keep selected.

Selections/Modify/Select Selection borders

Layers/new raster layer and flood fill with a colour of your choice.

Select none.

Move this layer between the other two so it’s under the narrow strip and over the top of the wider strip.




Open the border dots and paste as a new layer onto centre strip

Layers/New Raster layer/flood fill with white.

Layers/Arrange/Send to bottom

 

Copy and Paste your main image onto tag.

Make your text and place where you’d like it to be.



Image add borders 6.  I chose the gold colour from image.

Put your watermark and credits on a new layer.

I animated mine just for fun.
