LOVE LIFTS US UP

1. Open 800 by 900 Pixel blank canvas.
2. Choose a color from your choice of hot air balloon tubes for your foreground color and set your background to white. Line width 10, draw out an circle/ellipse onto the canvas. Objects/Align/Center.
3. Select INSIDE the white of the circle with magic wand. Open ONE of the backgrounds provided in your supply folder. Edit/Copy/Paste Into Selection.
4. Select the outer border with magic wand. Effects/Texture Effects/Weave with this setting:
I set the colors of my choice as seen above. Lighter blues. You can choose whatever colors you like. Experiment!
5. Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Modify/Select Selection Borders/4/Add New Raster Layer/Flood fill the new selected area in the new raster layer. I chose the same blue as in the original border.
6. Open LOVE LIFTS US UP word art. Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer in bottom right section of your circle. My result:
7. Open OCTAGON NAME PLATE. Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer. Move to bottom of your circle back, choose inside with magic wand. Open one of the grass backgrounds of your choice. Edit/Copy/Paste into Selection. My result so far:
8. Open HOT AIR BALLOON (Choose 1 of 2). Edit/Copy/Paste As New Layer. Move the balloon to bottom left corner. My result:
9. Open STAR FLOURISH. Edit/Copy/Paste As New Layer. Leave for a minute. Open HEART CHARMS. Edit/Copy/Paste As New Layer. Move the STAR FLOURISH TO BOTTOM AND HEART CHARMS to position between round tag and bottom octagon. This is my result:
If you choose NOT to animate, resize/75% then crop, Layers/Merge Visible/Name your Tag.
ANIMATION STATION
10. The animation for this tag is quite simple, you are only going to move you balloon. First let's resize and crop our tag. Image/Resize/77%. Now crop all outside areas.
11. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo Merge Visible.
12. Move your balloon up a bit. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible.
13. Move ballon up a tiny bit and to the right just slightly. Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible
You are going to keep doing this process a little bit at a time, moving the balloon up and slightly to the right, almost in a circle motion. Experiment Move the way you like, as many times as you like. Each time you move it, layers/merge visible/Save as PSP and the #.
Once you have moved it as much as you think will look like a flying balloon, open your
ANIMATION SHOP
14. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame Properties 44/Add Images (I had 12, and you add them twice, 1-12 then again 1-12) View.
Open the Twinkling star animation MNG file.
Edit/Select All/Copy
Back to your tag. Edit/Propagate Paste/Select All
Choose a spot up near the clouds to paste your animation.
Save your Tag!
