Filters Required: Photo Effex-Scanlines and Penta - Dot and Cross
Move Preset shapes found in folder to your preset shape file.

1. Open blank 650 by 580 pixel canvas.
2. Set foreground color to RED #a00309. Set background color to white.
3. Open RECTANGLE tool in your preset shapes. Set line width to 8.
4. Draw out a rectangle leaving about 1/8 inch on each side and about one inch at top and bottom. Objects/Align/center on canvas. Use magic wand to select inside the white on the rectangle. Effects/Filter effects/photo effect/scanlines, these settings:
Name this layer WALL.
5. Draw out another rectangle very thin, line width 6, same red, white background. Place at bottom of big WALL rectangle, like this:
Convert to raster layer. Duplicate.
6. Use your pick tool to pull the duplicate rectangle down just about 1/8 of an inch like this:
7. Select inside the white with your magic wand. Effects/Filter effects/photo effex/scanlines same settings as above, but uncheck vertical.
8. Layers/Merge visible. Name layer: WALL
9. Set foreground color to Green #1a4b2d. Set background color to white. I used Preset shape Shape_bg 2, but you can use one of the other two as you like. Draw out your shape about about an inch and half tall and wide. Convert to raster layer. Objects/Align/Horizontal Center. Select inside shape with magic wand. Effects/filter effects/photo effex - scanlines - same settings as above. After you apply horizontal, check the box and apply vertical. Arrange/send to bottom.
10. Selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/select selection borders/4/modify/select selection borders/5. Add new raster layer, move to bottom. With selection still active on the NEW raster layer flood fill the selection with your red. Layers/Merge visible/rename layer WALL.
11. Choose your ellipse preset shape. Set line width to 6. Set your foreground color to the green previously used and background color to a shade lighter green. Draw out the ellipse at the bottom of your wall about 2 inches from bottom curve to top curve, with the ends drawn out only slightly over the edge of your wall. Objects/Align/Horizontal Center. Convert to raster layer. Use magic wand to select inside the green on the rug. Effects/filter effects/photo effex/scanlines, these settings:
If done correctly you will now have this:
Name that layer: RUG
12. Set foreground color to darker green. Set background color to red. Line width 6. Draw out another ellipse over the bigger rug. Smaller about one inch top to bottom and about 3/4 inch from each side. Objects/Align/Horizontal Center. Covert to raster layer. Use magic wand to select inside the red and effects/filter effects/Penta/Dot and Cross these settings:
13. Effects/3d effects/Drop Shadow/-3/3/Opacity30/Blur 2.00/Apply then reverse. Merge smaller rug down on to bigger rug. Rename RUG.
14. Open SANTA. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal -165/Vertical 0/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Like below:
Name layer: SANTA
15. Open Mrs. Claus. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal 167/Vertical 0/Wrap checked/Custom checked. Name layer: MRS. CLAUS
16. Open TREE. Edit/copy/paste as new layer/Effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical 92/wrap checked/custom checked. Move tree below SANTA AND MRS CLAUS. Name layer: TREE.
17. Open RUDOLPH. Edit/copy/paste as new layer/Effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical -110/wrapped checked/custom checked. Name layer: RUDOLPH.
If you choose NOT to animate, this is where you will merge your tag, save and name. You can also add names and other words as shown above.
ANIMATION STATION:
1. Use your freehand tool to outline the star at the top of the tree. Promote selection to layer. Name that new layer - bright star.
2. Use your freehand tool to outline RUDOLPH'S NOSE. Promote selection to layer. Name that new layer Rudolph's BRIGHT NOSE.
3. Go to SANTA. DUPLICATE SANTA. Name Duplicate Santa SANTA 2. Move below Santa. Close out SANTA and go to SANTA 2. Use your freehand tool to outline Santa's hand and belly like this:
4. With selection STILL ACTIVE go to your PICK TOOL (with the move tool down side toolbar) and pull the top node at top of Santa's hands slightly up. You will actually see his hands and belly move up. Adjust/sharpen. Selections/Select none. NAME HIM SANTA 2. Close him out and open Santa 1.
5. With Santa 2, bright star, bright nose closed. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 1. Save again as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo merge visible.
6. Open Bright Star and Bright Nose. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 3 and PSP 4.
7. Edit/Undo Merge visible.
7. Open SANTA 2. Close out bright star and bright nose. Layers/Merge visible/Save as PSP 5 and again as PSP 6.

Next/Next/Next/Frame Properties 33/add images in this order:

FINISH
Open the mng file. Edit/Select All/Edit/Copy
Go back to tag. Make sure propagate paste is checked/Edit/Select all/Paste into selected frame. I placed it in center of tree below star.
View: Save and name your tag. Add names/words at bottom.
