Filters Needed: Tramages/Tow The Line
DSB Flux
Install the Preset shape into your preset shapes folder.
1. Open a 900 by 775 blank canvas.
2. Open DASHES. Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer. Name CONSTELLATION
3. Set foreground color to: #3e676a
Set background color to white.
Draw out square with line width set to 8.
Select inside the white with the magic wand. Go to your filter's unlimited OR if you have TRAMAGES outside of the filter, Effects/Tramages/Tow the Line. Use any setting you like to get the slatted white and black effect. I play with it until I get one I like.
3. Set foreground color to same as above and background to white. Line width 7. Draw out the preset shape to about 21/2 by 2/12. Object/Align/Center in Canvas.
4. Use magic wand to select inside the white. Right click/promote selection to layer. With it still selected, choose one of the road background, edit/copy/paste into selection. I chose the one you see above, which allows for more glitter action.
5. Open ROAD (or you can choose one of the others) and place this road at the end of the other road. Like this:
6. Open the ROAD SIGN AND THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. Paste the road sign on the right side of the road, place the traffic light on the left side of the road. Open the ROAD TRIP CAR AND GIRLS 2 (or the other if you prefer) and copy and paste as new layer. Arrange these three pieces like this:
7. Open the RED LIGHT, GREEN LIGHT AND YELLOW LIGHT. Edit/Copy/Paste each right over the similar color in the traffic light. Perfectly centered over each matching color. Name them in the layer palette as Red Light, Green Light and Yellow light. Close them out for now.
8. Go to the road scene background. Use your freehand selection tool to outline the mountains and the dark green stripes in the clouds. Make sure you hold your shift key down when outlining so you have one continuous image. Once you have everything selected you want to glitter, right click/promote selection to layer. Name that layer NOISE.
9. If you do not choose to animate, skip step 8, crop your image, resize image by 88%. File/Save As/Name your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
Crop your image around the outer edges. Resize image by 88%.
1. Go to NOISE layer and effects/filter effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/Medium/50.
2. Go to CONSTELLATION layer (Your dashed lines) and effects/filter effects/Xenofex/Constellation2/2.00/1/1/1/80/100 Keep original image. Ok.
Make sure your traffic light circles are turned off and merge visible. Save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo/Merge Visible/Undo filters.
Open your GREEN traffic light. Apply same filters as above. Add 5 to bright noise and click random on Xenofex. Merge Visible/Save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo all except the green traffic light.
Open the YELLOW traffic light. Do NOT close out Green.
Apply same filters as above adding 5 to Noise and clicking random on Xenofex.
Merge Visible/Save as PSP 3.
Edit/Undo all except the traffic lights.
Open the RED traffic light. Do NOT close out Green and yellow.
Apply same filters as above adding 5 to Noise and clicking random on Xenofex.
Merge Visible/Save as PSP 4.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open Animation shop. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 14/Add Images/1-4.
