SNOWMIE COCOA
 
Filters Required: Tramages/Gradient Spokes
 
Download Snowmie Cocoa Supplies ..... HERE
 
1.  Open 555 by 619 pixel canvas.
 
2. Open SCALLOPED FRAME (Brown) and copy and paste as new layer.  Name BROWN FRAME.
 
2.  Turn off foreground color and set background to a shade of pink.  I used:   #fbd7d6

3.  Move to layer below the frame you just placed and using your rectangle preset shape draw out a rectangle/square below the BROWN FRAME  being careful to NOT go wider than the border of the frame.  I just drew inside the cream color of the frame.

4.  Effects/filter effects/Filters Unlimited 2/Tramages/Gradient Spokes/ratio maker/107

You can get the patch that allows you to import more filters into Filter's Unlimited HERE
 
You can also use the Tramages filter as a stand alone.

5.  Set your foreground color to    #9b1a1e

6.  Go to your rectangle preset shape.  Set line width to 7.  Draw out a rectangle frame just over the beige border of your brown frame and place like this:

 
 
 
 
7.  Duplicate the burgundy frame twice.  Go to first duplicate and apply effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal -50/Vertical 50/Wrapped checked/custom checked.  Apply.  Go to the second duplicate and apply same, only reverse to Horizontal 50/Vertical -50.  Go to first and merge down into second.  Name CONSTELLATION 1.  This is what you should have:
 

 
 
 
 
8. Open CUP.  Edit/copy/paste as new layer.  Move into position in lower left corner with bottom of cup just resting on top of the brown scallop and the side just touching the side brown scallop:

 
 
 
 
9.  Open SNOWMAN HANDS.  Copy and paste them onto the top of the CUP. Merge down. Open SNOWMAN HEAD.  Copy and paste so his hat is just above rim of cup, then move him below the cup layer.  Like this:
 
 
 
 

10.  Open WHIPPED CREAM.  Copy and paste as new layer, moving to cover top of snowman's head and covering top of hands.  Open SPRINKLES.  Copy and paste sprinkles onto whipped cream, then merge down.


 
 
 
 
11.  Open CANDY CANE. Copy and paste as new layer  Move below cup, whipped cream and snowman sticking out of top of cup to the right like this:




12.  Open cocoa border red. Edit/copy/paste as new layer.  Move below cup and bring to bottom of frame just touching the beige inner bottom border, trimming away excess so it does not go outside of both sides of your frame:

 
 
 
13.  Open SNOWFLAKE 1.  Copy and paste onto top right corner of your frame. Open SNOWFLAKE 2 - WHITE copy and paste over the top of SNOWFLAKE 1.  Open PEPPERMINT BROWN.  Copy and paste onto top of white snowflake as the center. Use your pick tool to turn the white snowflake so it's points are between the points of the red snowflake.  Apply drop shadow 3 -3 Opacity 30 Blur 1.00 to white snowflake.  Apply same drop shadow to brown peppermint.  Merge peppermint down to white snowflake, merge white snowflake down to red snowflake.  Name: SNOWFLAKES.




 14.  Open SNOWFLAKE 4 (beige) and copy and paste onto canvas.  Move to bottom right corner.  Open SWIRL.  Copy and paste onto canvas.  Move to bottom right corner over top of snowflake.  Open RED PEPPERMINT.  Copy and paste on top of the tip of the swirl.  Merge swirl down into snowflake, merge peppermint down into swirl.

 

 
15.  Open SNOWMAN BUTTON brad.  Copy and paste onto canvas pasting at beginning of the swirl at bottom of the cup.  




Merge snowman button down into swirl.  NAME LAYER:  SWIRL.

If you choose not to animate, you will want to move your whipped cream up and pull your snowman face up as shown in tag above.  Layers/Merge visible/name and save.

ANIMATION STATION

1.  Go to CONSTELLATION 1 and apply XENOFEX/CONSTELLATION 2 these settings:

 
 
 
2.00/1/1/1/100/100 Keep Original Image.
 
 
Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 1
 
Edit/Undo Merge visible./Undo each constellation.

2.  Redo CONSTELLATIONS on both 1 and 2, clicking on random seed, then apply.

Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 2
 
Edit/Undo Merge visible./Undo each constellation.

3.  Redo CONSTELLATIONS on both 1 and 2, clicking on random seed, then apply.

Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 3
 
Edit/Undo Merge visible./Undo each constellation.

4.  Move to WHIPPED CREAM.  Effects/Image effects/offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical 45/Wrapped checked/Custom checked.  Move to SNOWMAN HEAD and apply same.  Once you have applied same to both whipped cream and snowman head, move whipped cream down to layer just above snowman head and merge whipped cream down into snowman head.  NAME SHOWMAN HEAD.

5.  Go to CONSTELLATION 1 and apply same Xenofex settings only using random seed.  Do same with CONSTELLATION 2.  Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 4.

Edit/undo merge visible/undo each constellation, do NOT undo any further.

6.  Apply same constellation settings to each of the frames again.  Layers/merge visible/save as PSP 5.

Edit/undo merge/undo each constellation.

7.  Apply again to each frame, merge visible and save as PSP 6.

Edit/Undo merge visible/undo constellations.

8.  Go to SNOWMAN HEAD.  Effects/image effects/offset/Vertical 45/Horizontal 0/wrapped checked/custom checked. 

9.  You will now apply the same XENOFEX settings THREE more times to the Constellation frames, as shown above, naming them PSP 7, PSP 8 AND PSP 9.

Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo filter effects.

10.  Go back to SNOWMAN HEAD.  Effects/image effects/offset/Horizontal 0/Vertical 55.

11.  Repeat same CONSTELLATION XENOFEX settings THREE more times as shown in steps 1-3 saving as PSP 10, PSP 11 and PSP 12.


ANIMATION SHOP

Open your animation shop.  File/Animation Wizard/next/next/next/frame properties 13/Add images in this order:
