STAYCATION
My favorite vacation is the staycation. Nothing I like more than knowing I don't have to run out anywhere, do any chores, I can just vegetate and relax!

1. Open 900 by 775 blank canvas.
2. Open MASK layer, edit/copy/paste as new layer. Name this layer NOISE.
3. Open POLKA DOTS, edit/copy/paste as new layer.
4. Open SWIRLS. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Name this layer SWIRLS NOISE.
5. Open BOTTOM TAG BACK, copy and paste as new layer.
6. Open TAG BACK, copy and paste as new layer.
Arrange all in this manner:
Go to TAGBACK AND MERGE DOWN TO BOTTOM TAG BACK
7. Use your magic wand to select the blue border around the tag, make sure contiguous is NOT checked. Once the blue border is selected, right click, promote selection to layer. Name that layer CONSTELLATION.
8. Open Grandma Staycation tube. Copy and Paste as new layer. Arrange the tube as shown in the finished tag above.
9. Crop your tag to just around the mask edges and bottom name plate. Image resize, 85%. All layers checked.
10. If you are not going to animate, merge visible/Save tag as/Name your tag.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Go to CONSTELLATION layer and apply XENOFEX Constellation 2 to the frame/border. Settings: 2.00/2/1/1/100/100/Keep original image. Ok.
2. Go to MASK NOISE LAYER and apply DSB Flux/add bright noise/60.
3. Go to SWIRLS NOISE layer and apply same DSB flux filter.
4. Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo filters.
Repeat the top steps twice more, each time adding 5 to noise and random on Xenofex. Save as PSP 2 and PSP 3.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open Animation shop.
File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 12/Add Images 1-3.
Finish
View/Save Tag As/Name tag.
