Filters Required: DSB FLUX and XENOFEX 2
1. Open a 575 by 630 pixel canvas.
2. Open SLATS. Edit/Copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/VERTICAL 38/wrapped checked/custom checked. Use your magic wand to select the darker shade of green in the slats. Make sure CONTIGUOUS is NOT checked. Once selected, right click and promote selection to layer. NAME NOISE 1.
3. Open OUTER RING. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/VERTICAL 38. Name layer CONSTELLATION 1.
4. Open INNER RING. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/VERTICAL 38. Name layer CONSTELLATION 2.
5. Open NAME PLATE. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/VERTICAL - (Minus) 105. Name Layer NAME PLATE.
6. Open WHITE CIRCLE. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Open one of the backgrounds of your choice. Select inside your white circle with magic wand. Copy your background/paste into selection. Open INNER BORDER. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Merge the INNER BORDER trim down into your background circle. Effects/image effects/offset/horizontal 0/VERTICAL 35/wrapped checked/custom checked. NAME TAG BACK.
7. Open VICTORIAN WINTER GIRL. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move her down and to the left so the curve of the image sets up against the curve of the tag back. Like this:
Merge her down into the TAG BACK. Name VICTORIAN GIRL.
8. Open STARBURST. Edit/copy/paste as new layer. Effects/image effects/offset these settings:
Name STARBURST - NOISE 2.
9. Top toolbar/selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/select selection borders/4/add new raster layer/flood fill with the dark green found in borders. NAME THE NEW BORDER CONSTELLATION 3.
10. Go back to your STARBURST. Duplicate. Images/Resize/ALL LAYERS NOT CHECKED/80%. Move the duplicate starburst up to top and slightly to right and place in this position:
Once you have it in that position, do same with an outer border, selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/select selection borders/4/add new raster layer/flood fill with dark green. Name the STARBURST NOISE 3 and the outer border CONSTELLATION 4.
ANIMATION STATION
1. Go to NOISE 1 and apply effects/filter effects/DSB Flux/add bright noise/68. Do same with NOISE 2 AND NOISE 3.
2. Go to CONSTELLATION 1. Effects/filter effects/Xenofex 2/Constellation/2.00/2/1/1/100/100 keep original image. Apply same to CONSTELLATION 2, 3 AND 4.
Layers/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo each of the filter effects.
Now.. you will repeat the above FOUR TIMES, but EACH TIME increase noise level by 5 AND click on random seed for the CONSTELLATION filter.
Save each as PSP 2 ... PSP 3 ... PSP 4
ANIMATION SHOP
Open animation shop.
File/Animation Wizard/next/next/next/Frame properties 10/Add images 1 - 4.
Finish
View/Name and Save tag!
