Place your preset shape SHAPE 87 in your preset shapes folder.
Place the mask in your mask folder.
Filters Needed: DSB FLUX, PENTA DOT AND CROSS and XENOFEX CONSTELLATION 2

1. Open 900 by 775 blank canvas.
2. Open the TROPICAL BACKGROUND. Edit/Copy/Paste as new layer. Find the mask provided and apply mask to the tropical background layer. Name that layer MASK.
3. Find the Preset Shape 87. Set foreground color to NULL, meaning turned off and set background color to white. Set line width to 8. Draw out the shape in the center of the canvas, about two and half inches by two and a half inches. Objects/align/center in canvas. Select inside the white with the magic wand. Open the Tropical Background again and edit/copy/paste into selection. Go back to the preset shape, set your foreground color to #8c3136:
Turn off your background color, set line width to 7 and draw out the same octagon, placing it over the background you just completed to frame it:
4. Go to MASK layer and with your pick tool, enlarge the mask so it appears as above, with a bit outside of your frame border. Go back to the OCTAGON preset shape, and with line width still at 7, foreground color still the same, background color off, draw out another frame (Name it FRAME 2 CON) and place it like this:
5. Open the VINTAGE TRAVEL tube and edit/copy/paste as new layer. Image/Resize/all layers NOT checked/112%. Move the tube into this position:
6. Open Retro border 1 and place to the left of the tag octagon edge, then open Retro border 2 and place so the diamonds are just beneath her trunk and the top left corner of the tag like this:
7. Use your magic wand to select inside the border two diamonds. Right click, promote selection to layer. Name that layer NOISE. Use magic wand, with contiguous unchecked and select just the line between the dots on the border 1 and right click promote selection to layer. Name that layer CONSTELLATION 1. Open FLOURISH, edit/copy/paste as new layer. Move it to just below bottom diamonds between the 2nd and third diamond. It should be like this:
Name Flourish layer CONSTELLATION 2.
8. Use magic wand to select inside the DOTS on the border one image. Effects/Filter Effects/Penta/Dot and Cross/these settings:
9. Crop your image. If you choose not to animate, name and save your tag.
ANIMATION STATION:
1. Go to Diamond border and effects/filter effects/DSB Flux/47. Ok.
2. Go to FRAME 2 Constellation/Effects/Filter Effects/Xenofex Constellation2/2.15/1/1/1/100/100 with keep original image checked. Ok.
3. Go to FLOURISH and apply same Xenofex filter, same settings.
4. Layer/Merge Visible/Save as PSP 1
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo filters.
5. Go back and follow steps 1-4 above, adjusting noise by 5 and random on Xenofex. Save as PSP 2.
Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Undo filters.
6. Repeat once more, saving as PSP 3.
ANIMATION SHOP
Open Animation shop. File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame properties 12/Add Images 1-3/Finish. View/File/Save as/Name tag.
