You will need CYBIA COLORWORKS found ....  HERE

Colorizing black and white tubes has a fantastic effect!  Choosing what to color while leaving the rest of the tube in black and white provides a pop out effect that is just fantastic.  It's easy to do.  Some of my favorite tags are those that are in black and white with a pop of color, especially red.

I'm providing you some black and white tubes below, first the tube, then my application of color with a little tutorial on how to do it!

You can download black and white tubes ..... HERE

You are also encouraged to create your own black and white tubes!

Please note I only removed the background, you may have to "fine tune" the tubes with a tubing process.

LITTLE ANGEL BLUE EYES

Open tube (You can use any because the process is precisely the same)

I am coloring the eyes brighter blue, the lips, the halo and the belt.

Zoom in on image to about 250%

Go to EYES.  Use your freehand selection tool to trace the IRIS of the eye (the blue portion) like this:

Effects/filter effects/Cybia/Colorworks.  Adjust the slides to get the color you want.  I chose a brighter blue.  Apply.  Outline the other eye and apply same filter.

Outline the lips.

Effects/Filter effects/cybia/colorworks/adjust slides to get color of your choice.  Apply.

Move to the belt.  Outline with freehand selection tool.  Effects/filter effects/cybia/colorworks/adjust slides to color of your choice.  Do same with the halo.

TWINKLE TOES

Hint:  When doing a larger area, like the bow, hold down the shift key while outlining so you can end and start in another place without the selection ending.

I had to hold the shift key down for the headband and bow.  The process however, exactly the same.  Freehand selection tool, outlining what you want to color, effects/filter effects/cybia/colorworks/adjust slides to get your choice of color.

Here's mine:
