1. Open a 750 by 800 Pixels Blank Canvas.
2. Open DOTS image from your supply folder. Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer. Name this layer DOTS CONSTELLATION.
3. Transfer both of the SEAMLESS PATTERNS to your My PSP Files/Seamless Pattern, OR you can simply open the pattern in your paint shop when you are ready to use and it will be there in your material palette under patterns.
4. Open or find the black checkerboard pattern. Set the foreground to that pattern and the background to bright red (You can choose the red you like best). With line width at 10, draw out a rectangle over the top of your DOTS layer. Like this:
Draw it out so that the corners cover all but two lines of your dots, one red, one black as shown above, then go up to OBJECTS/ALIGN/CENTER IN CANVAS. Name that layer; TAG BACK.
5. Open QUAD SQUARE. Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer. Effects/Image Effects/Offset/Vertical offset/87 with wrap selected.
6. Open 4 HEARTS 1. Edit/Copy/Paste As New Layer. Move these four hearts over to the right two squares right along the border of those squares. Open HEARTS 2 and do same but on the left two squares right along the border within the squares, as shown below:
7. Go down to your TAG BACK and click on your PICK TOOL. Grab the bottom of the tag and pull it up so the bottom checkerboard pattern is just slightly below the border of your quad squares. Like this:
8. Open or find your RED STRIPES pattern and place in your foreground color with background red the same as in your TAG BACK, with line width still at 10 draw out a rectangle on layer above DOTS. Shown below:
9. Set your foreground color back to the black checks and background color to black. Line width still 10 draw out a rectangle BELOW the one you just did but over DOTS. Shown below:
10. Open GIRL tube and Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer.
11. Open HEART WHEEL and Edit/Copy/Paste as New Layer.
12. Use a FONT of your choice set background color to white, foreground OFF and type out MADE WITH LOVE AT BOTTOM OF BLACK RECTANGLE.
Arrange both images as shown below:
You will note I have a thin red border around my tag back. You can do that by going up to selections, select all/float/defloat/modify select selection borders, 4, add new raster layer below the tag and flood fill that still active selection with red or black, your choice.
If you are NOT going to animate, layers/merge visible add your name and save your tag!

13. Go to TAG BACK and the red rectangle just below it. While on TAG BACK right click and merge down. Select inside on the red on the now one tag back, right click, promote selection and name that selection NOISE.
14. Go to NOISE layer and effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/50.
15. Move down to DOTS layer and Effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2/Settings 2.00/2/2/2/100/100/OK

16. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Edit Undo Bright Noise/Undo Constellation
17. Move to HEART WHEEL. Go up to Images/Free Rotate/Right/90 Degrees/All layers UNCHECKED.
18. Go to NOISE layer and effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/55.
19. Move down to DOTS layer and Effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2/Settings 2.00/2/2/2/100/100/RANDOM SEED/OK

20. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Edit Undo Bright Noise/Undo Constellation.
21. Move to HEART WHEEL. Go up to Images/Free Rotate/Right/90 Degrees/All layers UNCHECKED.
22. Go to NOISE layer and effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/59.
23. Move down to DOTS layer and Effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2/Settings 2.00/2/2/2/100/100/RANDOM SEED/OK

24. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Edit Undo Bright Noise/Undo Constellation.
25. Move to HEART WHEEL. Go up to Images/Free Rotate/Right/90 Degrees/All layers UNCHECKED.
26. Go to NOISE layer and effects/DSB Flux/Add Bright Noise/63.
27. Move down to DOTS layer and Effects/Xenofex/Constellation 2/Settings 2.00/2/2/2/100/100/RANDOM SEED/OK

28. Edit/Undo Merge Visible/Edit Undo Bright Noise/Undo Constellation.

Open Animation Shop.
File/Animation Wizard/Next/Next/Next/Frame Properties 15/Add Images. Add images 1 - 4 in that order. Edit/Propagate Paste/Select All. Duplicate selected TWICE.
VIEW
Now Open the MNG file (Pre-made ANIMATION) found in your supply folder.
Edit/Select All/Edit/Copy
Back to your tag, make sure select all is active and propagate paste is active. Paste the animation into the first frame just inside the bowl she is holding. It will paste into each frame.
Save your tag!
